Jerry Capell, President

Jerry Capell is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, Inc. where he most recently led the firm's international
Insurance and Reinsurance Practice. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned a BBA in accounting
and finance in 1985. Jerry lives in Chicago with his partner Kevin O’Brien and their two adopted children, Harris James
and Maya Rose. He has served on the board of Adoption Link for six years, currently as President of
the Board.

Mark Melickian, Vice President and Secretary

Mark Melickian, an attorney and partner with FSB Legal Counsel LLP, has served on the Board since 2007 and currently
holds the position of Vice-President and Secretary of the Board. He lives in Oak Park with his wife, two children
and various four-legged mammals.

Mitch Murlick, Treasurer

Mitchell Murlick has served on the Boards of Chances by Choice and Adoption-Link as Treasurer since 2004.
Mitch is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting.
Mitch is a resident of Aurora, where he lives with his wife, Nancy and their two children, Madison and Mackenzie.

Victoria Barbosa , Director
|
Victoria Barbosa, MD, MPH, MBA is a board-certified dermatologist, educator and author. She is an assistant
professor in the Rush University Department of Dermatology and owns the education and consulting company,
Dermal Insights, Inc. She is a proud adoptive parent and has been on the board of Adoption Link since 2008.

Jennifer Page , Director
|
Jennifer Page is a Director of Operations at Navigant Consulting in the firms Disputes & Investigations
Practice. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton where she earned her BS in Finance.
Jennifer currently lives in Chicago with her husband Brad. She is an adoptee and a recent addition
to the board of Adoption Link.

Suzi Gurry, Director
|
Suzi Gurry is an artist, volunteer, fundraiser and mother of three living in Chicago. She currently serves as an advisory board member of the fundraising arm for her children’s school and is the Vice President of Special Events for that school’s PTA. She has chaired and co-chaired numerous school fundraisers over the years. In addition, Suzi is an advocate, volunteer and fundraiser for the Village of Vision for Haiti Foundation and is a co-founder of the Haitian Amputee Mothers Alliance (HAMA), a charitable project founded along with her brother (Joe Mahon) and her husband (Eric).
